rebbetzin, what is in your paths? On my little laptop, with my old eyes, I can't tell if it is bent grass or a moss or indoor-outdoor carpet. What ever it is, it looks great!:)

It is a good quality artificial turf. And best of all... I got it for FREE!!! It was some remnant pieces from different jobs.

Poppies!? Wow, and look at that hollyhock!

My poppies haven't shown themselves above ground. They really don't grow in the best place, way too much shade. The poppies start off nice but with the first rain & wind, they lay right down :/.

I did see a tiny bit of growth to the grass in the yard . . . Major winter storm in the Northwest today -- get ready upper Midwest!! Beginning tomorrow, we've got the possibility of snow in all of the next 5 days! I . thought . there . would . be . sun :hit .

Keep those scenes of spring coming, Heidi :)!

I just took some photos last week for a comparison on the front garden. I will take some photos later today when the garden is in the shade to get the rest of the photos. Here are the ones I have so far.

The front window garden, March to May, (notice the snow in March!)

The PVC arch. It has had one flower on it so far! Sorry for the odd angle of the first photo.

Oh and here are a couple of close up photos from the other day of some flowers in the front yard.
The next couple of days are to be 105 or better. We will see who survives!
