75* hour and a half ago, 21* tonight

Scarcely an hour and a half ago, DH and I were sitting outside in T-shirts, shorts and flip flops. Balmy breeze, 75 warm degrees......... It is now 42*, drizzly rain and headed to 21 with a wind chill of 13* Gheesh. I love my Nawthern friends, but seriously.....ya'll can KEEP this darn stuff!

Second that. We got 4". Son in southern Indiana getting hit worse-very unusual. We are going - digits tomorrow

Northeast Texas is slated to get snow, but it will miss us.

Flip flops are WEEKS away. (If not months!) Only 3 degrees today. Going to -11 tonight. Looks VERY cold again this week. Such hope the old adage *In like a lion, out like a lamb holds true.*

It's 31* now. Getting baby ducks Tuesday or Wednesday, this means they will be in the house. DD called, lives north of Tyler, Tx and they got 2" of slush. They will get down to 16* tonight. Bring my sunshine baaaaack!

Forget about the sunshine Bay, we're working on sucking it all up here.
You know how heat rises and cold air settles? Well things are finally going to start working that way. Maybe you should get some down flipflops as you acclimate to the New Texas.
