9am Already a Bad Day

Mary deep tissue works the knots out of muscles. I have come close to tears on the table sometimes LOL We have one of those massage places in the mall, Not quite that cheap 1 hr is only $50, most places its $100 and up.

Sounds like you got some "me" time.
I did that. Friday was soooo busy, 2 mortgage closings, 4 hours of driving to and from, then another two hours driving to/from another one Saturday, so...........I met my DD ( the new county SA, Traffic ) who was in town to get caught up on her work, at the Cracker Barrel for lunch. Then, after dropping the documents, which I had to check one last time for accuracy (which is "the way of things"), I went over to FS, bought some seeds and asked the owner advice on row covers and squash bugs, etc. THEN, I went over to Rural King for horse bedding.
Sunday I went on a mini vacation, watched some tv with family, smoked a cigar on the porch--it's ALMOST porching season again!!--had some wine and really rested.
SUCH a tonic.
