I need to expand my pumpkin cookie repertoire. Any ideas where a good recipe lies?

How about a different cookie from the garden? Cookies are an absolute favorite of mine .

it is funny, as much as we both like squash Mom doesn't like any sort of spiced cookies. even the windmill cookies she makes she cuts the spices way back so they are very bland to me. she just wants almond cookies.

hmm, my favorite cookies are black walnut cookies, they are not quite garden cookies but close enough, as i can take them out into the garden to eat them if i really have to...
