Thanks for the kind welcome everyone.

Yes those are Spiderwort or also known as Snotweed. lol I love how they open in the morning and the bumblebees swarm all over them. Then they start to close
up around noon time.

When told I had to paint the fence I told them I hope they like hunter orange on one side and hot pink on the other. It didn't go very well. lol

What are you thinking for vines Lesa. I have three variety of Hops that i planted on one section and next to that some Clematis. I already have some Wisteria growing sort of like
a topiary around a windmill on the front lawn. I was thinking maybe adding a couple more boxes onto each section of the fence and then doing something trailing in each box. I would
rather grown down than up. I tried some Cosmos and Morning glories but they never seemed to take off this year.

I'm in Southern NH. Zone 5-6
