Adding Rabbit Poop to Compost

I have a Compost tumbler and a Pile of compost (lacking in turning )

Would it be okay to add our 1 Rabbit's poop to the Tumbler or better to add to the pile?

Rabbit manure breaks down very nicely.

I would say add it to the tumbler. I think it has to get hot to break down. I have found it in the compost pile that does not get turned a year later looking like pellets. I have buried it in the garden and next spring it is brown down, but if on top of the ground I still see little round pellets. DH used to turn the piles so it broke down good then.

I was hoping it would work in the tumbler I'd prefer to put it in that.

put it right in the garden if you have room for it, dig a small shallow trench and put it in there. prime worm food.

Thats a good idea! Especially with it winding down to the end of the season!
