All this Snow....

We get a little snow about every ten years. Today, we received our every ten year snow; however, we have been getting rain almost every day for the last two to three months.

Snow is pretty, but I don't want to live where it snows a lot.

This is the year since moving out of town that we've had significant snow that even stuck around. Here's a shot of the 50 acres of "barren waste" that will be planted in 3 months time! :

Ducks, you could photoshop that with a golden overlay and say it was the desert! I think snow drifts are so neat. I had a snow cliff 3' deep in my backyard, but it finally melted away.

I so hope this will be the last round of snow here. I am itching to start planting a few things!

Looks like were going to get hit with a very big major snowstorm here in the northeast for Thursday to Friday. Winter isn't quite over just yet.
