you can walk around with a jar of soapy water and scoop them into that and it'll kill them...
look for orangy eggs on the underside of the plants and squish them

or you can dust with food grade diamatious earth and it will kill it's 100's of young...

I had read somewhere that they are attracted to the color yellow(the moths that turn into the squash bugs) and that you should put out a yellow container filled with water. The moths are attracted to the yellow color, and then drown. I put a container out that I spray painted yellow and stuck it out by my zucchini plants. I hope I'm not attracting them :hu

I thought that yellow thing was for cucumber beetles?? Are you catching anything, so far?

I have now officially been attacked!!!! Been squishing and drowning for an hour. Will the eggs hatch if they are removed from the leaves?
