Amaryllis Pictures!

Here are some pictures of my potted amaryllis I have indoors. It hasn't bloomed yet but it should very soon, can't wait!!





Here's a poinsettia that I have for a year from Christmas 2010, I finally was able to keep one alive all year long!
Its starting to get the red leaves now.

Looking forward to seeing that bloom! I love Amaryllis. One year someone gave me one as a gift, and one stem had three flowers on it. It was breathtaking... Good for you keeping that poinsettia alive and turning red! Indoor gardening helps us get through the winter, doesn't it??

I actually can't stop staring at the bloom, waiting for it to open up . Oh yes they are amazing flowers if only I can find one that's fragrant that would be even better. Yeah I even bought a white poinsettia this past Christmas, hoping to keep it alive year 'round too.
It does help to have some plants indoors to keep you busy during the winter. It's nice to see snow outdoors and have all the plants safe indoors.

Thanks guys! Sure the variety of that amaryllis is called "Elvas" I bought it from American Meadows.
