So I have always been a bad sleeper, but since Monday I have not been able to get more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Needless to say, I'm the walking dead right now.
I've done all the usual stuff (meditation, yoga, benadryl, melatonin). Anyone have something unusual that they've done that really works?
