No, Elf, I'm not the property owner there.

They are people with a nice home and a lovely yard. At one time, they had a beautiful yard around this rental home.

They have a problem, and a difficult one, this tenant is a relative of theirs.

Plenty of paper wasps here too. They have become noticeable in the last week or two, mostly in my shed. The nest they built on my step ladder in that shed was really noticeable! It's good to know my heart can still handle that much excitement.

Plenty here. What bother me are the surprise hornets nesting in the ground.
I'd be a little surprised at hornets in the ground too. I'm used to ground bees like that being yellow jackets or bumblebees. I'm used to hornets nesting in the paper nests above ground. Some of those nests get huge later in the summer.
