Anyone try Scotts MowLess Tall Fescue blend?

This sounds like a good pick for our area (Los Angeles) but is a bit high on the cost side.. I'd only be using this in the front yard which could be done easily in a 10lb bag.. Anyway, thought I'd ask.. Below is a link with info on it..

In Los Angeles, as here in San Diego, no matter what kind of grass you start in a lawn it will be bermuda in a couple of years.
