I'm asking for my dad who is (planning to) adding to his blueberry patch and to build a cover to protect them from birds. And his question is are blueberries wind or bee polleniated (sorry this computer doesn't have spell check)?

Blueberries are pollinated by bees, but they are for the most part self-pollinating. You should use deer mesh to cover the blueberries from the birds.
