Thats one great sight, i wish there were wild turkeys here. They sure look hungry.
I hope with their weight your birdfeeder wont be torn up.
 
Oh, that's funny! I've never seen them do that before... I thought they like to scratch. They must be really hungry!

I don't know if THEY are hungry.......but looking at this pic, sure does make me hungry.....for a "wild" turkey sandwich.

They visit daily, esp this time of year when there is deep snow cover. There were 20 more below the feeder eating corn... quite the sight!
They are huge ... and I need a new bird feeder ... :D

HA... yeah ... this innovative feeding device :lol: is specially designed for small birds. :rolleyes:
Larger birds like blue jays, etc are less likely to enter an enclosed or covered device to feed than chickadees, finches, etc...
I'm thinking 'they' were not considering turkeys :D
