I have the best smelling plant called Costmary or Bible Leaf.
Aside from the obvious use as a fragrant bible page marker, has anyone found uses for this herb?
I am in the process of drying herbs in the dehydrator and will include this if it excels at something other than as a garnish.

I have it, too, and love the smell of it. Watch it, though, it's a runner like most in the mint family. Here is a nice page showing the many uses of Costmary - I like it as a strewing herb, I remember my mother's shop smelling of it. I'll bet a nice herbal cake could be made with it, by laying leaves in the bottom of the pan before pouring in the batter!

Well, it's not quite just balsam scented, it's mint scented, but it's a different type of mint scent. I think it's very delicate.
