Blueberry plant not growing.

Ok thanks everyone. Should i trim back that dead spot on the raspberry branch even tho the leaves aren't dead.

I have raspberries and I would. If the plant is distressed anyway, what do you have to lose? If the plant doesn't have to send nutrients trying to support that cane, it might make/let the rest of the plant grow even better.
