Bush with light purple flowers?

Does anyone know what this is?

Unremarkable bush, green heart shaped leaves, pretty purple flowers with a light fresh scent.

The picture is sort of upside down, I grabbed that branch that was sticking almost straight up and bent it down to get the photo.
