Calling all crafty people!

What cool and fun thing can I do with these bamboo sticks? They are 10" long and I have a ton of them - I hate to just throw them in the landfill. Any creative ideas?

Hot glue them together and make garden edging. Or wire them together for the same thing. I use them for small plant stakes.

Use them to keep the kids in line.

Maybe glue them onto a straight sided jar to make a pretty vase?

Ummm... trivets? Glue them around plain picture frames?

If you truly have a ton, you could cover a wall or a door or room divider. You could make an interesting wall hanging, or cover a table top, to be topped off with glass.

How about a *Wattle Fence* around a flower bed, use the bamboo for the uprights and weave willow or other thin branches through.

Possibly blinds for shade? I'm envisioning tying them together with two strings, one on each end, and having a bunch that can hang down and give partial shade.

Wind chimes. They make a soft sound rather than the clanking of metal ones.
