I simply tie cinch knots in a string, loop them around the stems, and hang the peppers from a cabinet knob.

Low humidity here so drying things is usually easy.

I have had trouble with a few of the Giant Marconi, however.

I've laid them out on old window screens to dry at times when I've had more than I had patience to string. If you use a needle and thread and pass through the pepper tops to string them just be sure to wear rubber gloves!! Otherwise you'll forget and rub your eye later and wish you hadn't! :hit :)

What is the best way to go about drying these guys? I don't have a dehydrator at the moment ( Though I may soon) Is there a way ya'll have come across that works best?
They'll do most of their drying right on the plant. You just have to pick the ones that are shriveled and lay them out in a cool dry place for finishing.
