More on the kids and the neighbors’ kids: so fun to look out at 8:30 AM on a holiday morning and see this. (Ages 6,8,10)

My goodness. Today’s harvest. Anyone have a good keto squash casserole recipe??? SEVEN squash today.

pick often, pick small! :)

they're mostly water and low calorie so as long as you don't mess them up with too much other stuff they're great.

cut 'em in half, brush with a little oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and put 'em on the grill until slightly burned or heated through. i also like either of those raw with various sauces. mainly when i used to cook with them they were low calorie filler. we don't grow them here as we want cucumbers instead.

Look up zucchini crab cake-no crab in it. We love it with remaloude (I know spelled wrong) sauce. Almost as good as real crab cakes (is better than cheap crab cakes). Use yellow squash as well. Make zucchini relish-love it on eggs, on hot dogs, eaten right out of jar....
