Most clotheslines are in the garden, so I guess this would quailfy as a garden type topic.

A few years ago I saw a clothes pin bag made from a toddler sized dress. I found one at a Second Hand Store that worked for about three years. It was a cute little denim skirted dress with a flowered top.

Well, it finally got pretty faded, so this week I went looking for a new little dress to replace it.

I found the cutest dress!!

Here is the back of the dress.

It was very easy to make.

I decided to crochet over the hanger, but I may change it if I can find a nice pink plastic child size hanger.

That is awesome - do you post on Sufficient Self? That's a great idea for a clothespin bag and I know they'd enjoy it over there!
No, I have never looked at that forum... But, I will go over there and look at it. I may need to get even more self sufficient in the near future. Three engineers were laid off this week at my husband's office. They expect more layoffs in the next quarter!! Yikes... My husband is now on a "tightening the belt" campaign, just in case he is laid off next quater. I am not looking forward to the next few months!!
