Coffee

Good Morning. Finished my Rice Chex/Corn Flakes with banana. Oolong has cooled so I can enjoy that now. More cereal choices and bananas, strawberries too.

Thinking about "highly processed" foods. Read a couple of articles by nutritionists, lately. One stressing the importance of fresh as opposed to produce out of storage. That makes sense to me but what fits the definition of highly processed? The cereal I just shook out of a box into a bowl? Yeah, probably.

Well, DD did it. She had the twins on my birthday. Not as planned. Emergency C-section. Carried them 39 weeks and 4 days. She was bleeding. Had one of the placentas tearing. DD had to have a transfusion, lost some blood. She is doing fine now. Penelope Jane weighs 8 pounds 11 oz and is fine. She will be called Penny. Lucille Marie weighs 8 pounds 6 oz and will be called Lucy. She swallowed blood and is intubated, but doing better. Getting fluid out of lungs and stomach. DD said they are going to try to take the tube out later today. I am watching the other 3. DS and wife helping me and took them to the park.
Happy belated birthday to all 3 of you! That’s what I call a fantastic birthday gift!
