I am so sorry. I lost my best friend 2 years ago and we had been friends for 50 years.

I had coffee and found lots of raspberries. I went around on the other side and ate a bunch of them. The garden is really growing. I saw a black hollyhock that has opened and a purple cosmos. A black-eyed Susan is almost open.

Coffee is ready. Search for bodies is still ongoing. So much debris, cars, trucks, destroyed homes and buildings reduced to splinters. Trees, unimaginable. Heartbreak.

I've been looking at all the photos. How in the heck are they going to find the smaller children. They are probably buried, dis membered, and it will take weeks to move aside all the debris. A woman who was washed more than 20 miles, had all her clothes stripped off of her. She was able to hang onto a tree for many hours.
