Thanks for your patience! I think we've got all of them for now :) .

It's a constant game of cat and mouse with these scammers.

It's tricky for us because we need to find the balance between blocking them but also not blocking legitimate users, and as computers and AI get more sophisticated, it's harder to tell the difference between robots, scammers, and legitimate users.

Good Morning.

Imagining a variation on @Dahlia 's dandelion bitters for my Sunday coffee ... :)

dandelion root roasted, orange zest and brandy

At one time, I thought that having B&B in my cup of coffee was about at the top of Treat Mountain for a late breakfast or lunch on a weekend.

Recently, my box of Caramel Nut Dandelion Tea arrived from Teeccino via Amazon. With almond milk, it's really just right to reduce the caffeine in my afternoon coffee.

I like you idea about the dandelion bitters variation! I bet it would be very good!

I woke up at 1 something this morning. Just finished my second cup of coffee and it just turned 5:00 AM. Sucks. I guess about the time it gets daylight and I need to be outside, I'll get sleepy. That or else this afternoon I'll be in a comatose state.

It's 3:30-4 that I am hoping for. Having only 5 hours of sleep was much too common for me until I gave up on the silly idea that adults don't go to bed until sometime after 9:30. As the day winds down, I do also and find it easy to fall asleep if the process is part of a feeling that i am escaping from the nonsense that goes on in the evening. Pre-dawn darkness is a time to anticipate sunrise and daylight! Besides, during part of the year, daylight comes by 4:30.

Older now in retirement, I sometimes doze off after breakfast. That's new and relates to having nothing important to do in early AM. It also relates to rolling outta bed too dang early, like 3 AM and earlier. I can still occupy myself with making breakfast and starting the herbal tea for the day. I seldom  need to be doing much before 8 but there are laundry days and early MD appointments to drive to ... 🚙 .

I enjoy seeing @baymule 's pictures of grandkids and here, there are the kids on their way to the nearby elementary school 🚸.

that has happened to me a few times lately, waking up at 3:30am and not being able to get back to sleep. but this morning things worked out much better, i woke up to wee and then went back to sleep for a little bit, and then got up and had breakfast and went back to sleep for a few hours! i needed it as we'd been up late doing a batch of tomato canning.
