Like, if she was snoozing around the end of the couch and heard you set the cup on the coffee table. When you returned with those cookies Pepper was already sampling what you had in the cup?

Flooding in western Washington State. KIRO NEWS

I have not figured out where it is worse . Interstate highway is closed north of Seattle, schools closed, evacuations. There's more rain coming today, with rain over there to 7000 feet elevation. That will mean more snow melting and more flooding

Foggy and drizzling here — it has been a long time since I have lived close to the ocean but it feels like that here hundreds of miles and on the other side of those high mountains.

Warm cold cereal in the bowl this morning. That's because of the microwaved apple with raisins under the cereal . Orange slices on the side and oolong.

Things to do today and I will have to be busy with housework this morning so that can be finished and out of the way. Just a matter of staying on schedule ... and hoping that there is not too much of that wetside rain showing up when I am out and about later.
