I found the literature on mine, a Jet Grow. I have the one top of page

Cost at the time $139.95 plus what I paid for the plexiglass dome. It came with pump, net pots, and neoprene inserts,never bothered using these just propped the cutting against the side of the pots.The instructions are to use with Power Clone, Woods, Dip and grow or Hormex and a fungicide, half the time I didn't bother with this and it still worked.
