Computer Illiterate How?

There are a lot of cheap or free classes that would boost your computer confidence. Night school at a local HS?? Of course the twelve year old teaching the class will look at you like you're an idiot. Still no reason not to improve your skills. The first computer course I took with fear. It was full of teachers and I thought I would be the class idiot. I WAS THE CLASS GENIUS! It am still a novice by most standards. I have a motto. "If Cathy can do it anyone can."

I am lucky I can send a email, very bad with a computer. Can someone tell in very simple terms how to post a link into a thread? Thanks
