Marshall wanted me to tell you a little bit about the weather in Australia or specifically around my area. Penrith (the suburb in Sydney where I reside) is an unusual area as it boarders the mountains and lower regions of Sydney heading towards the coast. In winter you can see the mist of the rain settled across the mountains. It is a beautiful sight to head up there and look at the three sisters and the beautiful forests that edge along the road. In summer it gets hot some days can reach 113 F, we had at record high this year reaching 115.7F . However, I love the warm weather most days are a perfect 80F. The perfect thing about living here is being able to head to the coast, to enjoy the beach and the ocean breeze on those warm days.

I always enjoy reading about Down Under as it is my DREAM vacation. Yeah, like that ship will ever sail. Gotta play the lottery maybe!?!? (And then WIN.) But I can dream. And seeing how I do not like it HOT I will be advised not to go during their summer. :coolsun
