I'm almost a single-track cook for one course meals. Lots of broth, with meat and vegetables, little starch: soup. Lots of vegetables, with meat and broth, little broth: stir-fry. Lots of starch, with vegetables and meat and broth: fried rice or fried noodles.

Looking for low calorie, it's best for me to think high fiber veggies and fruit. Otherwise, I come up with this.

so true...

there is no chance that the blueberry muffins Mom is making this morning will taste anything remotely like a napkin. at least i have not yet had breakfast. the challenge is to keep it to single digits' and not put five pound of butter on them...
