Has anybody tried to freeze leftover cranberry sauce? Seems I'm the only one who eats it- and I was thinking I could just thaw it out for Christmas dinner...

I have never tried it but it is certainly worth a try. Nothing to lose but a little freezer space. We eat up the leftover cranberry sauce on turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce sandwiches. Although to tell you the truth I am tired of turkey now. :)

Yay, someone else who makes turkey and cranberry sauce sandwiches. I discovered it when I was a little kid, and everyone I know thinks I am strange for eating it that way. It's yummy though. :D

I think it should freeze ok. It might change texture a bit, but shouldn't be bad.

I guess I'll throw it in and more importantly try to remember to take it out!! I did have some with leftovers and on a turkey sandwich- but there is still a bowl of it! I find after doing all that cooking and eating- I really am off food for awhile. Dreading having to make dinner tonight!
I tried the sweet potato casserole recipe you shared and it was wonderful! I won't ever make that marshmallow kind again...

Lesa..I was wondering the same thing. I bought mine but it is sooo good that I was thinking of buying some more and freezing it.

I also made Bid's sweet potatoe casserole. My husband said it was the best part of the meal. :) Very light and fluffy.
