Hi,
i have one quick question about crocus bulbs.
I planted a few of these crocus bulbs a few days ago when the weather wasn't too freezing outside and now 2 days after i get snow and the freezing temps return, are the crocus bulbs dead or should they be ok??
I did cover the planting bed and added more soil to make it harder for the frost to penetrate where the crocus bulbs were.

Thanks!!!!

Did you do mulch? I would think they'd be ok. You may just have to wait it out.

no i didnt mulch i just added another 3 inches of soil over to protect them. I have more bulbs that i have in my fridge, i'm trying to wait for warm weather to plant them but then it gets freezing again. I hope my crocus bulbs are ok i planted around 25 and have more to plant.
Yeah i think its best to wait.

Thanks!!
