Daylilies for decorating at a wedding.

Cat, can daylilies be grown in a pot? I just thought you had cut ones in vases and potted ones throughout the room.

They can grow in pots , a bit less vigorously. I just brought the individual blooms. Daylilies in pots can look a bit messy as the foliage doesn't take well to travel. Piles of blooms were stunning. They were in water but really do not need to be.
 
Congrats on your part of your son's wedding day. The mass of flowers is stunning! The arrangements are beautiful. The bride and groom are a handsome couple. You have a right to feel really good about their day.

I've loved her since the 2nd time I met her. Only because I did not get to talk with her very long that first day. She won us all over bringing home made perogi to the first Thanksgiving that she spent with us. She offered to teach me how to make them. I told her I like when she makes them for me.

Not a great image but, there were a dozen of these on each table. The shot glasses were then taken home by the guests as their memento.The venue did this spectacular dessert reveal where the lilies were displayed on plexiglass structures and lit by candles surrounded by delicious and beautiful desserts.
