well my husband is going to haul out my mammoth wood dehydrator and I am going to put my tomatoes ..herbs and some chiles in today

I'm thinking I will dehydrate the huge amount of tomatoes I have right now. Silly question, do you all peel before drying or is that necessary?

I dont peel them before I dry them...
