Duck update! *pictures*

Here are the water babies! I love having them. They are currently playing outside in the pouring rain

I tried getting a picture so you could see the Cayuga's beetling in their feathers. Xena is more blue toned and Dita is more green toned. It was hard showing that in a picture with them not being in direct sunlight.

All the girls together. Xena, Dita, Nora, and Cleo.

I tried getting closer, but they do not like being disturbed when they are in their pool. They love it!

Very pretty! I saw some of those greenish ones at our farm supply store over the weekend. Nice!

They are beauties! I keep saying we should have got ducks this year, instead of chickens... It has been raining every day- they would have loved it!

The black ducks are Cayugas. They are so beautiful in the sun, and very quiet for ducks. And they love the rain! I am interested to see how they react to the snow this fall. I have heard that ducks do not mind the snow but I need to see it to believe it , especially in the MN winters.
