New to the PNW ... Eight months ago I purchaced 9 dwarf blueberry bushes from supposedly a reputable fairly large ( 2 locations) local nursery/ commercial landscaper, in 1 gal containers ( plants were about 6" x 6") that are supposed to grow no more that 2' x 2'. 6 are now over 1' x1'. :watering 2 did not survive the planting 
and the last one is rapidly outgrowing 4' x 4'. 
I got hold of a horticulturalist/ master gardener that came to inspect it today. Turns out to be a WILLOW ( I still have the label still attached to the plant... "Northcountry blueberry) , the exact type he was not sure of.
