Timely, for Me, bc I just mastered scalloped potatoes and I've been working on reproducing my GM's hot potato salad recipe. Tried yesterday was edible but a little bit plain. It lacked some ingredients.
ALL that I remember the last time I ate it was that it was hot, had big chucky cut potatoes in it, and the onion wasn't really cooked and that tasted good, too.
If Anybody here knows a good recipe for That, I would sure like it!
If it Helps, she grew up in Maryland, and lived in Philly, and I remember that the hot potato salad went very well with scrapple, but I never bothered to ask her for the recipe.
