If hunting means pouncing on something at close quarters, it isn't quite as important. Unless you are the king of the jungle and nothing is gonna mess with you, you had better move about in groups if you can't watch your own back. I wonder about the differences between songbirds and birds of prey. Steve

Still, there must be differences between the eyesight of a finch and, a falcon cruising at 30mph through the forest trees. Or, a sparrow cleaning aphids off sunflower leaves and a hawk hovering 200 feet above a yellow perch, swimming too close to the surface of the river. Steve
