female squash

Morning all,

My Hubbard squash plant finally produced a female. She's three days old. This morning I found two more new ones. I did the hand pollinating by using a male flowers stamen. Is there a name for the female flower part?

I feel like I might be going crazy. Never in my life did I care this much about a squash and getting it pollinated. But this Hubbard is special to me. Gawd, I am going crazy.
