In Texas (I know y'all probably get sick of me saying that!) but, everyone had a bananna plant (tree?) planted over their a.c. unit so it wouldn't get too hot and die. Bananna leaves are great to grill in too I hear. I never did it tho.

(I know how to roll a burrito pretty good, I've just got to get some string now. )
