FINALLY! A Pawpaw tree!!

Got 3 in and fenced. They need shade and watering. Then the last tree to be planted.

They're sending a replacement for the broken tree. Out of NC1, so it'll be a Potomac.
Redoing planting for two offset rows of 4.
4 cultivars, 1 variegated, 2 Powhatan seedlings and 1-2 Culpeper park seedlings.


The final four fburg yearlings. They'll go in the woods and flood plane.

Replacement pawpaw arrived, better taped to the box and stick.

Finally redid the fence.
Bit of morning shade from the hill and house, then sun. Seems the tall weeds are shading a bit, too.

Going to lowes tomorrow to get potting/starting soil!
Ones outside, nada, these? ugh.

Got 60+ more seeds planted. A handful left to go.
Noticed them sprouting, taproot, so had to rush.

Crud! Will have to repot all of these, too. Cups aren't tall enough! The water bottles are longer, but not quite as long as tree pots.

Almost bought new bags, then started finding them when I quit looking!

Found 10, then an open 50 pack, now a big open pack of unknown count and size! Glad I didn't buy more!

4 are indoors. One has put out a leaf!
156 potted, about 39 seeds left.

There's got to be better drippers or filters! They're always getting clogged. There's filters at the spigot, out at the end of the hose to tube joint and barrels have them on the spigot. And house has filters.
Every 2wks or so, I'm out there blowing to gunk out of the 30 or so drippers....
Ones by the riveway, one of the dead or chewed is coming back. Another broken is regrowing lower.
