I have about 50 dandelion flowers ready to fry. (Before I get started, you did mean the yellow open flower part right?) They are washed and ready to go.

Thanks for the garlic mustart photo! I better research that a little bit better before I go and eat stuff out of my yard that looks like that. I usually throw caution to the wind in these cases but I think my luck is wearing thin.

Yeah, I don't think garlic mustard grows in the Pacific NW. It doesn't look familiar to me.
