HiDelight
Deeply Rooted
OK here is the secret hot wing recipe to be handed down for the generations
I love these things
Deep fry in hot oil until crispy a bunch of disjointed wings and drop them hot into the prepared warmed sauce below toss them ..then spread on a baking sheet and just let them warm in the oven a few min so they absorb the sauce
the sauce is as follows in a big pot warm this all together
1/3 cup Franks mixed with 1/3cup Lousiana hot sauce
juice of one fresh lime
2 tsp New Mexican chile powder (the good stuff
2 sticks real unsalted butter (you could use salted but I think they are good with out)
1/2 tsp crushed celery seeds
and a few shots of worchestershire for good measure
eat your fill before you set them out for other people!!!
enjoy!!! these are spicy!!! and your lips turn red YUMMMMMM!!!
