It's ruddy morish 😋 :drool

i had to look that up.

but i also have to note that i made several puns in what i wrote and since i'm so proud of them i'll explain them and ruin the fun because i don't care and it's morning and i had a can of Coke before i went to bed and i woke up wired on caffiene and ...

"chocolate is tempermental" when working with chocolate you learn about what tempering chocolate means and you also find out that at times it does things and you don't know exactly why until you study even more. in the summer when humidity increases that can make working with chocolate difficult and you can get odd effects and results including when it just seizes up and becomes a pile of strange - the texture becomes wrong, and then it can also be overheated and burnt and that's a mess too, but at least in most cases even if it goes wild you can still eat it... yes, it is a mental thing to work with chocolate and it can be temperamental, but without the a in there it is also tempermental...

did i mention i was wired this morning? and no chocolate... yet...

i did however have some Boston Brown Bread with peanut butter and cinamon on it. i meant to have some Cranberry Bread instead and that is what was written on the bag but as soon as i started slicing it i knew it was wrong. Mom forgot to mark what was what when she was baking them so she said she was pretty much guessing last night when she put them in the bags... so after slicing the brown i sliced a cranberry too (but didn't eat any of that even if that was what i wanted because she wanted to give that sliced loaf to someone else...). so there ya go. if that makes any sense at all. :) they're both good...
