I usually don't manage to keep much alive to get produce but here I go again! Bonus challenge- moved from zone 9a to zone 5!

3rd attempt at cucumber and lettuce. (Attempt #1 drowned by DFiancee, attempt #2 cat treat :( ). Keep having to bring basket inside due to torrential rain but they are growing! Going to have to transplant some of the cucumbers soon.

And the valentine roses are still alive in Plant Fort Knox! Just deadheaded 3 flowers and have more buds forming. This is the first time I've had roses.

Can't wait to start digging up garden at new house! People who screw up the paperwork and delay closing are *aarrrgghh!!

So of course I spotted these after I got done potting my new pepper.

Oh well, now I can try bell pepper and hot peppers. Do I have to worry about cross pollination between the two kinds?

Nope- that only affects the seeds, not the fruit from this year! Enjoy!

I GOT MY HOUSE!!

Now it's time to get to work! There are plants buried under all those weeds. Atleast 1 rose and some trailing flowers in the front yard. :mow :tools :watering
