A funeral procession pulled into a cemetery. Several carloads of family members followed a black truck towing a boat with a coffin in it.

A passer-by remarked, "That guy must have been a very avid fisherman.”

"Oh, he still is," remarked one of the mourners.
As a matter of fact, he's headed off to the lake as soon as we bury his wife.”

My DD needs a sign similar to that for my worthless SIL.

HaHa, imagine the signs people would have hanging around their necks if we could people shame the way we dog shame:
"I haven't changed my socks in so long they stand upright by themselves."
"My wife bleached her hair blonde and I didn't notice for 2 weeks"
"I am three months behind on my rent"
"I ate a whole bag of Oreos in one sitting"
"I sent my kid to school in pajamas today"

Maybe a good idea we don't hang those signs. I sent my granddaughter to school in her pajama bottoms one day.

Some days clean, dressed, and on time is all we can handle. At least she had a comfortable day.
