On judge Judy Man driving a Porsche hit and killed dog in road.He sued dog's owners for damage to his car and won.

This happened to my brother as well. Their GS was standing next to the road, just off the property and a car hit him and killed him.
My brother thinks it was deliberate, it was a very narrow road with a tiny shoulder, but the car had to go over the fog line to hit him. My brother had to pay damages.

Cat, maybe so, but some do go out of their way to hit animals. Had a neighbor kid that tried to hit one of our cats while crossing the road. Him and girl friend were laughing, not so much when I yelled at them.
