Since I have someone who I believe to be a narcissist living in my house - this is funny.. but not accurate.
I'm pretty sure that she is honestly unaware that there are other people on the planet at times. And when she is aware of them, they seem to be classed into " useful, I'll be nice to them to make them do what I want" and " useless, waste of air, ignore".
Since I own the house she lives in.. I seem to be in a unique class of "don't like but must tolerate - pretend to be nice when necessary".

I have to agree with Carol Dee, Cane. That makes me sad that you have to come home (to your own home) to somebody like that.

But I surely give you kudos for managing to survive and even have such a robust and healthy sense of humor in spite of it.
