i had to work last Sunday. 4 hours was supposed to be time & a half. snow started blowing Wednesday afternoon & made for a messy commute & continued yesterday all day. i was hoping to have Thursday completely off but instead they gave us a 2 hour delay. wish i stayed home. i had to fight the foot of heavy, wet snow in the driveway Thursday morning, then the snow blower ran out of gas when i wasn't done. in process of filling the tank & spilled gas on me. in a panic realized i needed to get ready for work & this was at 9am. i have a 40 minute commute on a good day! needless to say i got to work at 10:15 with hardly any traffic blocking me & just some areas that weren't plowed well but manageable.

the lost time from the snow storm means i'm not getting my full overtime i was expecting. and my work tasks changed for me this week so last couple day were lousy getting through all of them.
