than you Bay. loved the 2nd one & i have to agree with him, dancing always seems to help with my back issues too....as long as it's nothing to rigorous that is.

Look at all the WASTED hay under the goats' feet . Must be almost 2 ft. deep !

keeps the feet clean no hoof rot with the hay like that although not quite
how we did things.. I have always bopped about the house it does relieve lower back and
even helps at times with my nephropathy.
