All so beautiful. So many pretty flowers and fields. I hope the ants return to the forest where they belong. :)
I look forward to my Aquilegia is similar to yours! She is still small.
Ants leave when they realize that the territory is hostile to them. I explain to them!

Do you consider lily of the valley a weed ? Does Russia have any venomous snakes?

This is a relatively! A lot of lily of the valley growing in the forest. Of course, they got into the garden. If they grow under the trees, as in the photo, it's cute. But when they capture the beds it is a weed!
In Russia many poisonous snakes, especially in the south. Even a few miles from us they are. They are becoming more and more. I would not be surprised if me see a snake next to the house. Of course, I'll kill her.

"lilac city,"
I like how it sounds ...

We have a well-known poem about lilacs blooming

"When lilacs last in the dooryard bloom’d"
By Walt Whitman

O liquid and free and tender!
O wild and loose to my soul—O wondrous singer!
You only I hear—yet the star holds me, (but will soon depart,)
Yet the lilac with mastering odor holds me.

(the death of Lincoln)

It sounds like music, penetrating and pure.

Why must you return to Moscow? How often do you get to your beautiful gardens?
My husband and I work in Moscow, and our youngest son is studying in school. Now he has a vacation until September. We have hard every day to go from village to Moscow and back. Too many cars on the road. Very slow motion. Therefore, we can arrive at the weekend.
Of course, we can go to live in another place, in a house in the south of the country, for example. But Moscow - a city with great potential. This education, medicine, culture and subculture. There is something interesting for everyone. Also for teenagers, as my youngest son.
Like all teenagers, he does not like to live in a country house. I grew up in a bit a difficult family. So I want to be a close friend of my sons. For example, recently I end the youngest son visited to the theater to see a play for teenagers. A play ended the night almost. Then we sat in his favorite cafe, and then walked around the city at night. We listened to street musicians and watched street dance. Of course, he hides emotions like all the boys, but I can see that he likes it. I hope it brings us closer together. It is not always available in small towns.
